A beautiful and unusual antique decanter decorated with etched stars and a wide red band around the centre. The stopper is hollow and has a star cut into the top, the neck is diamond cut as is the band around the bottom and a star cut pedestal base which has a ground pontil. The decanter is in excellent condition with just some light clouding in areas and a chip to the underneath centre base which is difficult to photograph and will not be seen when the decanter is standing (area highlighted in last photograph).
