A pair of beautiful Victorian Samplers, framed and glazed. The samplers are named and dated Eleanor Elizabeth Norvals 1848 and Meggie Norvals 1871. They are both in excellent condition with just some areas of dis-colouration to the older one. The family name 'Norvals' has a long history in the Berwickshire area of the Scottish Borders which is where these are from and as they are from the same family I would like to sell them together. They are framed in the same style although they are slightly different sizes. The older one measures 24.5cms x 21cms and the other measures 23.5cms x 22.5cms Delivery for US Customers includes tariffs.
